You will work closely with media buyers, creatives, CRO specialists, and developers to ensure our campaigns, funnels, and offers perform at the highest level possible.

This is a high-impact role focused on diagnosing performance issues, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our acquisition channels consistently meet revenue and efficiency targets.

Funnel & Diagnostic Excellence

  • Develop a deep understanding of funnel performance metrics, including CPA, AOV, LTV, and CVR.

  • Analyze trends daily, weekly, monthly, and across rolling performance windows.
  • Ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages, offers, and messaging.
  • Provide clear feedback to the paid media team based on funnel performance.

Campaign & Growth Experimentation

  • Generate, evaluate, and prioritize new acquisition tactics, campaigns, and offers.
  • Write testing hypotheses and define success metrics for experiments.

Execution & Optimization

  • Launch campaigns, promos, and MVP tests on schedule and within budget.
  • Make rapid, data-driven optimizations across funnels, campaigns, and offers.
  • Communicate performance insights, wins, and challenges clearly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility on campaign costs, timelines, and ROI.

Performance Reporting & Visibility

  • Maintain a real-time reporting environment that clearly shows:
  • Which platforms, creatives, landing pages, or funnels are performing best.
  • Where spend can be scaled profitably.
  • What needs to be fixed, improved, or paused.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Ecom, Retention, and Acquisition teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Identify whether performance issues are caused by funnel issues, tracking gaps, or technical problems.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to close performance gaps through new messaging, angles, and content.

Evaluation & Scaling

  • Analyze experiments and campaign performance against success criteria and historical benchmarks.
  • Conduct competitive research and margin analysis to support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Document learnings and maintain a library of proven growth playbooks.

Leadership & Culture Contribution

  • Experience running and managing structured testing and experimentation programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and tech teams.
