Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing health and wellness brand selling across the United States, Australia, and Europe. We create science-backed supplements focused on gut health, hormones, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

As we continue to scale, we are building a talent pool of Creative Strategists who specialize in performance-driven advertising.

If you love developing high-performing ad concepts, analyzing what works, and scaling winning creatives, we would love to hear from you.

What You Would Work On

Creative Strategists at Happy Mammoth focus on developing advertising concepts that drive performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.

You would work closely with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to create, test, and iterate ad creatives based on data and consumer insights.

Your goal: find and scale winning ad angles.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts

  • Write clear creative briefs for video and static ads

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify winning patterns

  • Work with media buyers and designers to iterate on top-performing ads

  • Stay on top of advertising trends, formats, and creative strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social

  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing

  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into creative ideas

  • Experience working with Meta, TikTok, or other paid media platforms

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
