Project Manager - Creative, UGC, E-commerce, or Brand - Talent Pool

Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech company selling across the United States, Australia, and Europe. We specialize in developing and marketing gut, digestive, and microbiome health supplements designed to help people make lasting health improvements.

We are building a talent pool of Project Managers to support different areas of the business, including Creative (paid media), UGC, E-commerce, and Brand/Marketing projects.

This is a full-time remote contractor role. Candidates must be available during EU working hours (GMT).

What You’ll Do

Depending on your background, you may work on:

Creative Project Management
Coordinating creative strategies and ad concepts with media buyers, copywriters, and designers for paid social campaigns.

UGC Project Management
Managing creator collaborations, briefing UGC creators, coordinating content production, and ensuring assets are delivered and ready for paid media.

E-commerce Project Management
Managing landing pages, funnels, and website initiatives to support marketing campaigns and conversion optimization.

Brand / Marketing Project Management
Coordinating marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross-team projects.

Across all roles, you will:

• Manage projects from concept to launch

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners

• Organize timelines and deliverables

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality

Requirements

• Experience managing digital, marketing, or e-commerce projects

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams remotely

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with paid social advertising

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms

• Experience working with UGC creators or influencer content

• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday)
