We’re building a talent pool of high-performing video editors to collaborate with us on ongoing and project-based work.
This role focuses on editing high-converting, social-first content for both organic and paid campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Edit engaging, scroll-stopping video content for paid ads and organic social
Work with a mix of:
In-house footage
Creator content
UGC
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, ads) and occasionally long-form formats (VSLs, YouTube ads)
Source and integrate B-roll to enhance storytelling and performance
Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams
Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
Stay ahead of social trends, hooks, and editing styles
Proven experience editing for D2C / e-commerce brands (must-have)
Strong understanding of paid social performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Excellent skills in:
Storytelling & pacing
Hook optimization
Color grading & sound design
Experience editing UGC-style and native-looking ads
Deep familiarity with social media trends and viral formats
Ability to balance creative output with performance goals
Strong sense of what converts vs. what just looks good
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
Availability during EU hours (GMT)
