Senior Media Buyer
Happy Mammoth is a fast-scaling natural food tech company with a strong presence in the United States, Australia, and Europe. We formulate, manufacture, and scale premium gut health foods and microbiome-focused supplements, operating at the intersection of science, performance marketing, and brand.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition and play a key role in scaling revenue efficiently across markets.
This role is not for a junior executor. We are looking for someone who has already managed meaningful spend, understands direct-response eCommerce deeply, and knows how to scale without destroying efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
Proven experience managing $600K+/month ad spend
Strong background in eCommerce performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to scale while maintaining ROAS and CPA discipline
Deep understanding of Meta ads at scale
Experience running campaigns across US, Australia, and EU markets
Ability to independently plan, test, scale, and optimize campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset
Strategy & Execution
Excellent at writing clear, actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors
Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition, including:
Prospecting
Retargeting
Upsells and post-purchase flows
Comfortable testing offers, angles, hooks, formats, and audiences
Experience collaborating with creative, CRO, and product teams
Nice to Have
Experience in health, supplements, or regulated products
Responsibilities
Own and scale high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta and other platforms
Drive profitable growth with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps
Build and refine full-funnel acquisition strategies
Adapt messaging and targeting by market (US, AU, EU)
Analyze performance data, extract insights, and iterate fast
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and competitive landscape
