  • This is  a full-time fully remote contractor role
  • We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C marketing
  • Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for cross-platform creative concept ideation, data-driven variation testing, and beginning-to-end production for all ads for paid social. Working with the Creative Team,  you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal.

Responsibilities

  • Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms;
  • Briefing creative team (Producers, copywriters, graphic designers and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end;
  • Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations;
  • Working creatively and analytically in a fast growing business;
  • Feedbacking the team;
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Collaborate in market research projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with digital media campaigns;
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager;
  • Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;
  • Understanding of key social media trends;
  • Understanding of key social media performance metrics;
  • Managing and dealing with external suppliers;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Experience in organizing work efforts across teams;
  • Ability to work cross-culturally;
  • Ability to work in a virtual work environment.
