Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech company operating across Australia, Europe, and the United States. We specialize in gut health, digestive support, and microbiome-focused supplements, helping our customers achieve long-term health transformations.

We’re building a talent pool of high-performing video editors to collaborate with us on ongoing and project-based work.

This role focuses on editing high-converting, social-first content for both organic and paid campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit engaging, scroll-stopping video content for paid ads and organic social

  • Work with a mix of:

    • In-house footage

    • Creator content

    • UGC

  • Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, ads) and occasionally long-form formats (VSLs, YouTube ads)

  • Source and integrate B-roll to enhance storytelling and performance

  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams

  • Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Stay ahead of social trends, hooks, and editing styles


Requirements

  • Proven experience editing for D2C / e-commerce brands (must-have)

  • Strong understanding of paid social performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Excellent skills in:

    • Storytelling & pacing

    • Hook optimization

    • Color grading & sound design

  • Experience editing UGC-style and native-looking ads

  • Deep familiarity with social media trends and viral formats

  • Ability to balance creative output with performance goals

  • Strong sense of what converts vs. what just looks good

  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously

  • Availability during EU hours (GMT)
